Web-Based Solution Helps Carriers Manage the Complexity of State Regulations
Okemos, Mich., November 1, 2005 - Sircon Corporation, the only service provider that offers strategic producer-centric solutions for insurance carriers, agencies and state regulators, today announced the new release of Compliance ExpressTM 7.0.
Compliance Express is an e-licensing and appointment service that allows carriers to perform online transactions and inquiries with state insurance regulatory agencies, thus eliminating the traditionally slow, inefficient and paper-based method of interacting with state regulators. With Compliance Express carriers can appoint, reconcile and renew their producers (or agents) all from one website.
Compliance Express transactions are processed and confirmed instantly by the states, which saves carriers time and money. This real-time confirmation of producer appointments, licenses and renewals means producers can spend less time filling out paperwork. In addition, Compliance Express transaction fees are a fraction of the costs associated with current paper-based methods for processing license applications and appointments.

Release 7.0 enables real-time electronic license renewals for Mississippi producers, meaning Mississippi is now able to process electronic license renewals for the first time. In addition, this new release also includes support for electronic non-resident renewal processing for the states of Arkansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island and West Virginia.
